Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as their Impact and Inclusion Program Manager and play a key role in advancing their diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) mission. You will lead initiatives to create an inclusive workplace, engage employees, and make a difference in the community through the Fetch It Forward program. This role involves overseeing eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supporting the implementation of the Inclusion strategy, and managing the Fetch It Forward program. You will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Fetch's core values. The position reports to the Head of Inclusion and Impact and is part of the People Experience Team. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, DEIB, employee engagement, or social impact initiatives
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and present data effectively to inform decisions and demonstrate program impact
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fetch It Forward program, focusing on community engagement, volunteerism, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • Partner with nonprofits and external organizations to develop values-aligned programs
  • Measure and report on social impact initiatives, showcasing milestones and ROI
  • Develop and implement programs to advance Inclusion across Fetch, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Partner with and support Fetchโ€™s eight ERGs, including groups focused on cultural heritage, gender equity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, veterans, disabilities, and more
  • Design and manage programs that enhance employee engagement through events, workshops, and recognition initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison for ERG leaders, providing tools, guidance, and support for their programming
  • Build dashboards and reports to track DEIB and engagement metrics
  • Provide regular updates, identifying successes, challenges, and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with community engagement and corporate social responsibility
  • Experience supporting or leading ERGs or employee-led communities
  • Certifications or formal training in DEIB practices or related fields
  • Experience with employee engagement methodologies and tools
