Join Ontra, a global leader in AI legal tech, as a temporary Senior Talent Management & Development Program Manager! This fully remote, 9-month role based in the US will have you designing and delivering impactful people programs, executing development initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to elevate our talent infrastructure. You will utilize project management tools, refine communication strategies, and leverage data for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years in talent management, and proven program leadership skills. Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in HR or people-focused roles, including at least 4+ years owning programs in Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Development
- Program Leadership: Proven track record of owning and scaling programs end-to-end in high-growth or dynamic environments
- Project Management: Experience managing projects that span across teams and require coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable steps
- Instructional Design: Experience in instructional design methodologies
- Facilitation : Experience and comfort with facilitating across levels and audiences
- L&D and Talent Tools Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Lattice, LinkedIn Learning, WorkRamp, or similar
- Global SaaS & Remote Environment Background in SaaS or tech-driven companies, with exposure to global or remote-first teams
Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy Development: Design and deliver people programs that drive growth, performance, and engagement across the organization
- Program Execution: Operationalize development initiatives by ensuring high-priority programs are executed effectively and provide impactful experiences
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align program goals and improve talent infrastructure to support employee lifecycle milestones
- Feedback and Iteration: Review feedback and data to continuously refine and enhance program materials and communication strategies
- Project Management: Utilize tools such as Notion, Asana, and Google Workspace to document and manage program tasks efficiently
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and refine communication plans and materials to ensure clarity and consistency in program delivery
