Summary

Nethermind is seeking an experienced leader to head their Incubator Division, responsible for driving the growth of the incubation program and identifying promising blockchain projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, particularly Ethereum, Starknet, and DeFi, and experience in venture capital or technology leadership.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, with a specific focus on Ethereum, Starknet, and DeFi
• Experience identifying and nurturing high-potential startups, ideally within the tech or blockchain space
• Adept project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards success

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nethermind incubators initiative, identifying and selecting the most promising future founders
• Guide each incubation team, providing a clear roadmap, budget management tools, and comprehensive support from various groups within Nethermind
• Cultivate a stimulating and collaborative environment where incubator teams can thrive and translate their innovative ideas into reality
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the incubator program
• Continuously assess the industry landscape to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships that benefit the incubator and its ventures

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial experience: First-hand experience in founding, scaling, or exiting a successful startup, particularly in the blockchain or technology sector
• Global perspective: Experience working with startups and stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
• Technical expertise: A strong technical background in blockchain development, distributed systems, or related fields
