Scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program, turning creators into marketers and sales machines. Build a high-performance affiliate system, activating 1,000+ new affiliates monthly, driving $1M+ in monthly GMV, and maintaining a 10%+ net profit margin. Within six months, promote your first tier of paid creator-coaches to scale the program. Turn VIPs into micro-leaders, build a self-replicating creator community, and launch initiatives to increase creator engagement. This role focuses on architecting a movement that drives compounding growth through aligned incentives and smart systems. Success means turning TikTok Shop into a viral sales engine mirroring an MLM-style creator network.

Requirements

  • A systems thinker who can build and scale from scratch
  • Analytical and creative, data and hooks are both your language
  • Familiar with affiliate, influencer, or network marketing (bonus if you’ve done MLM or high-ticket sales)
  • Obsessed with creator engagement, coaching, and performance
  • Energized by helping creators succeed while hitting big revenue goals
  • 2+ years leading influencer/affiliate programs or ambassador communities
  • Proven success managing creators and driving measurable sales
  • Strong communication and coaching skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a flywheel-style creator program on TikTok Shop that generates compounding growth. You'll recruit, train, and empower creators, especially VIPs, to coach and inspire others
  • Design and implement a tiered creator incentive program with SOPs, playbooks, and growth systems
  • Build & manage a Discord community of creators to drive engagement and retention
  • Elevate our top 50 creators into paid coaches or incentivize them to scale content output
  • Maintain 10%+ net profit margin by managing costs, incentives, and campaign alignment
  • Track performance and identify high leverage creator segments
  • Run contests, build newsletters, and maintain CRM (via Euka)
  • Manage ad performance on TikTok and A/B test creator content
  • Host group trainings, analyze trend reports, and send out scripts/hooks
  • Audit content, launch campaigns, and run ongoing program improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or TikTok Shop preferred
  • AI-savvy and familiar with performance-driven marketing tools
