Join Starface World, a growing complexion brand, as their Influencer Coordinator! In this role, you will nurture and grow the influencer community, manage sample requests, and support impactful campaigns. You'll build strong relationships with influencers, manage community platforms, and ensure the community thrives. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, organization, and social media savvy. The ideal candidate has experience managing influencer relationships and a deep understanding of social media trends. Requirements
- You have at least 1+ year of experience with a brand and/or agency in an influencer-facing role, and a successful track record managing DMs within Instagram and ideally other platforms
- You are an exceptional communicator, and are adept at tailoring your communication to your audience
- You’re a strong project manager with impeccable attention to detail, and have a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- You have the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote work environment, and are resourceful and scrappy; in other words, if you don’t know the answer, you’re the kind of person who will figure it out
- You have a strong pulse on social and pop culture trends, with a creative mindset and can help identify up and coming influencers who will align well with our brand
- You have a creative mind and are adept at storytelling, engagement, and fostering community - and you’re super passionate about building community!
Responsibilities
- Execute 40+ sample requests per month, including social/PR seeding, retailer/buyer samples, development samples, and employee sample requests via NetSuite
- Coordinate with our Operations to place larger seeding requests
- Facilitate VIP send outs and seeding requests from VIPs, celebs, influencers, loyal community members, and other key stakeholders
- Manage our influencer community via Tribe by uploading new members, creating campaigns, capturing bios, and keeping everything updated and organized
- Create and manage launch/campaign lists for each launch, reaching out to up to 1,500 influencers monthly; pull and share metrics for each campaign
- Collect and organize addresses, ensuring timely follow-ups and sharing organized lists with external vendors for shipment
- Stay up to date with current events and trends to identify fresh seeding opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to seed high-touch orders
- Partner with external PR agencies to coordinate VIP and creative partner shipments (with your manager’s approval)
- Manage community gifting restocks
- Draft launch outreach DMs and collaborate with our Copy team for approval
- Support community management efforts as needed: respond to tagged posts, including influencer and story mentions, sharing notable user-generated content (UGC) with the Social team for reposting
- Monitor our influencer/VIP/creator DMs, responding to message requests and inquiries in a timely manner & escalate as appropriate
- Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and VIPs via DMs, ensuring they feel connected and appreciated
- Flag and troubleshoot any shipment or customs issues
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tribe (or similar), Excel, and/or Netsuite is a huge plus
