Requirements

  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record (2+ years) of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple influencer campaigns
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to execute successful campaigns and re-purpose influencer-generated content
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication & presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Expand our influencer program by identifying and onboarding new talent while nurturing existing relationships to optimize results and drive engagement
  • Focus on expanding our partnerships with health experts (such as dieticians, nutritionists, herbalists, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns with our influencers and affiliates that resonate with the target audience
  • Prepare materials for influencers and affiliates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Negotiate contracts and commissions with influencers and affiliates
  • Support with monthly influencer seeding, PR mailers, and events as needed
  • Collaborate with the paid and organic social media teams to develop user-generated and influencer-generated content strategies that align with brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business goals
  • Provide ad hoc support to the marketing team, including managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and handling miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wellness industry
  • Experience using Superfiliate, ShareASale, and/or Dash Hudson
