Summary

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience in a similar role, with experience of successful influencer marketing strategies
• Very comfortable with excel & data in general and you like to dig on it
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Creative and think out of the box
• Very organized, proactive, have a synthetic mind
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions
• Team player
• Love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing
• French speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)

Responsibilities

• Build & Implement a premium IM consulting service, targeting the decision makers of Kolsquare’s clients to offer strategic guidance & trends insights in order to constantly optimize the effectiveness of IM and Kolsquare tool within our clients’ organization
• Collaborate with Kolsquare data team to process in-depth relevant metrics on our clients usage and performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques, to propose the most relevant and innovative solutions for each client
• Analyze clients IM performance and industry trends to derive insightful strategic recommendations and impactful personalized solutions
• Be a key player in managing Kolsquare clients relationship, in coordination with the customer success team, especially by taking initiatives, presenting strategic recommendations directly to decision-makers and ensuring the follow-up
• Collaborate with other Kolsquarians (Sales, Account Manager, Product, etc.)
