Summary

Join Coupang's GOI Interpretation team as a full-time, remote translator based in the US. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless collaboration among global Coupang employees and building a world-class knowledge base. This is not just a support role; you will be deeply involved in various business units, ensuring effective communication and optimal performance across the organization. The team supports the development and management of systems underlying Coupang's Rocket Delivery, encompassing areas like fulfillment technology, transportation, post-purchase experience, supply chain management, and Instacart management. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and data analysts across various locations. This is a dynamic career opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing business.

Requirements

• Graduation or completion of a Korean-English interpretation and translation graduate program
• Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation for internal business meetings
• Provide interpretation for major internal and external events and meetings
• Provide interpretation for domestic and international business trips, video conferences, and conference calls
• Translate internal documents and communications
• Manage operational tasks related to interpretation and translation
