Requirements
- 2β5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or channel/distribution sales
- Proven track record of pipeline management and sales support success
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, quoting, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of assigned distributor accounts in the region with the objective of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Forecasting & Opportunity Tracking: Conduct regular pipeline meetings with distributor representatives to gain deeper insight into opportunities, updating pipeline stages for accurate forecasting and business planning
- Sales Support Collaborate with distributor sales reps to support deal closure. Aid with large or complex quotes and projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Pipeline Accuracy & Follow-Up: Audit new pipeline entries for accuracy and completeness and perform routine follow-up on existing opportunities to maintain data integrity
- Partner Enablement: Deliver high levels of service across day-to-day distributor activities, including handling technical inquiries, addressing post-order issues, and resolving unique distributor challenges
- Assist with small-scale partner training and enablement efforts to improve distributor performance and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Benefits
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $ 47,250 to $ 140,000
