Summary
Join Bounteous x Accolite as an Inside Partner Sales Specialist and support portfolio partners in achieving revenue growth with Alteryx. This non-quota-bearing role focuses on fostering strong partner relationships, facilitating collaboration between partners and Alteryx field sales, and driving partner-led deals. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned partners, monitor partner performance, and facilitate connections between partners and Alteryx field sales representatives. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and a passion for partner success. You will optimize non-managed partner relationships and sales performance to increase revenue. The team is geographically aligned, with assigned partners within each region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a sales support, partner management, or inside sales role, preferably within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote/offshore environment
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
- Fluency in English is required
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing consistent communication, engagement, and support
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates and insights
- Facilitate connections between partners and Alteryx field sales representatives within assigned GEOs to maximize co-selling opportunities
- Assist with account mapping exercises to identify potential joint opportunities
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between partners and Alteryx sales
- Manage partner-led deals through the Deal Registration process, ensuring accuracy
- Support accurate forecast management for partner-led opportunities
- Provide support to drive partner-led deals to closure, including transactions via the Alteryx Marketplace
- Proactively identify and pursue renewal upsell and protection opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with partners to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver sales enablement resources and training to partners to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness in selling Alteryx solutions
- Identify potential co-sell opportunities based on partner expertise and customer needs
- Identify and connect partners with expertise in Alteryx defined vertical markets and functional areas to relevant sales opportunities
- Evaluate and qualify potential new partners for entry into the Alteryx Partner ecosystem based on defined criteria
- Manage the initial onboarding process for new partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language proficiency is a plus
- Experience with data analytics or business intelligence solutions is a plus
