Inside Sales Associate

Summary

Join Orchard, a rapidly growing real estate company, as an Inside Sales Associate! This full-time, remote position, based in the Greater Phoenix area, offers two flexible schedules: weekend or evening. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating new business through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Maintain a personal lead database and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for results-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email and text
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
• Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
• Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry

Benefits

• Full Time, remote role (employee will need to be based within the Greater Phoenix area)
• Weekend Schedule where days are Wednesday through Sunday. Times for Wednesday-Friday are 8:30-5:30 Local Time and Saturday and Sunday 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time
• Evening Schedule where days are Monday through Friday. Hours are 12-9 pm Local Time
