You'll build your own book of business, earning residual income, and enjoying the flexibility of a contractor role while having the support of a seasoned agency. This is a commission-only position requiring experience selling digital marketing services to small businesses. You'll manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and receive ongoing training and support. We offer a structured environment with the freedom to be your own boss.
Requirements
- Have 1β3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses
- Have closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing
- Have worked commission-only or 1099 sales roles before
- Are self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding
- Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach
- Are familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools
- Can produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach
Responsibilities
- Work a targeted list of qualified leads (provided)
- Perform cold outreach: calls, emails, SMS, Loom videos
- Book and run your own discovery/sales calls
- Close deals and hand off to our in-house fulfillment team
- Track opportunities and pipeline activity daily
- Follow up persistently and professionally
- Attend weekly training sessions and use our call recordings to improve
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with small business owners

- Have worked with territory-based accounts or understand local business sales
- Are able to adapt quickly, manage rejection, and keep momentum
