Summary

Corellium is seeking a competitive Inside Sales Representative with at least 4 years of experience to drive sales and customer relationships. The role involves making numerous calls per day, managing the trial approval process, conducting market research, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of Corellium services.

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of 4 years’ experience in inside sales
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Time management and organizational skills
  • Track record of over-achieving

Responsibilities

  • Drive touch-point communications with new and existing customers to generate new sales and strengthen customer relationships
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; Heavy emphasis on outbound calls
  • Manage the trial approval/vetting process for Corellium
  • Record detailed information in the company’s CRM database, Pipedrive; Keep customer account information current and up to date
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory; team up with Account Executives to build pipelines and close deals
  • Handle inbound sales call volume and properly qualify and manage the follow-up of each call; Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Conduct market research for identifying key target customers; research accounts, understand customer needs, and access tools to generate interest
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Corellium services and be able to perform effective online demos to prospects
