Summary
Join HiveMQ as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to our global growth. You will handle inbound leads outside our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), develop new business opportunities outside ICP target accounts, and manage the end-to-end sales process for non-ICP leads. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer experiences, sharing learnings, suggesting process improvements, and collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives and Alliances. This role requires 1-2 years of experience selling relevant SaaS products and a consultative sales approach. Success in a dynamic startup environment and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience selling infrastructure, middleware, messaging, database, Industry 4.0, or big-data SaaS products or relevant SDR experience
- Experience closing SMB deals using a consultative, value-based approach
- Experience building strong relationships with business and tech decision-makers
- Experience maintaining Salesforce CRM
- Experience using SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Devotion to high-quality outbound prospecting based on insights gleaned from thorough research of target accounts
- Methodically planned how to land and expand customer relationships for long-term success
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic startup environment
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for handling of all inbound leads that are outside of our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Develop new business opportunities outside ICP target accounts through lead generation and prospecting
- Managing the end-to-end process for all non-ICP inbound leads, e.g. identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products, quote generation, contract signature (based on our standard legal documents), etc
- Meet or exceed sales target goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Share learnings gained in the field with internal GTM stakeholders
- Suggest process improvements or doubling-downs that will maximize sales performance
- Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive
- Work closely with Alliances
