Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Horace Mann as an Inside Sales Representative and sell Auto and Property products remotely! This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• 2 years of college or equivalent business experience
• Must have P&C License
• Call center or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met
• Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratio goals are met
• Consistently achieve established quality standards
• Maintain licensing regulation/requirements

Benefits

• $19.66 - $29.04 per hour + sales incentive bonus
