Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Join Kao as an Inside Sales Representative (Partner Advisor) and collaborate with a field team to boost sales within your assigned territory, exceeding sales budgets and key performance indicators. You will cultivate strong customer and colleague relationships in a remote work setting, leveraging technological platforms to identify revenue opportunities and provide exceptional customer support. This role requires building customer relationships to grow account revenue, implementing customized sales strategies, managing communication with accounts, and proactively seeking new salon partners. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Minimum of Years Sales Experience
• Proven record of success in an outbound customer support environment
• Proficient in all MS systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
• Data Entry Skills

Responsibilities

• Grow account revenues within assigned geographic territory by building relationships with customers
• Implement sell-in and sell-through strategies customized for each assigned account in collaboration with your field team counterparts
• Manage a systematic outbound communication rotation (call cycle) with all assigned accounts to communicate plans, marketing and education programs
• Allocate time for customer outreach to new prospective salon partners to gain interest in the brand and grow account base
• Manage daily order processing while providing the best support
