Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services, credit, or loans industry
  • Proven track record of managing and closing sales
  • Strong understanding of credit and financial solutions, with the ability to present options and tailor recommendations to client needs
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent for clear and professional communication
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM systems for lead and pipeline management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow up efficiently
  • Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling consultations, follow-ups, and sales activities simultaneously
  • A passion for helping clients improve their financial well-being and the ability to foster trust and rapport quickly

Responsibilities

  • Engage with pre-booked, warm inbound leads to gather necessary information, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial consultation to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely follow-ups, address any concerns, and secure commitments
  • Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions
  • Monitor and update all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring no lead is overlooked and opportunities are maximized
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients, gathering necessary details about their financial situation and objectives
  • Present relevant financial solutions based on the client’s needs, helping them make informed decisions
  • Work to convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections, demonstrating the value of financial solutions, and closing deals
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process, ensuring clients feel supported and informed

Preferred Qualifications

A background in credit repair, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and factors that go into the creation of a credit score is preferable
