Summary

The job is an Inside Sales intern role at Malt, a fast-growing freelance marketplace. The role involves being the first point of contact for new French customers and converting as many opportunities as possible. The ideal candidate is a native-level French speaker, currently enrolled in a business school or similar, with some sales experience.

Requirements

• You are native-level French speaker
• Currently enrolled in a business school or similar and looking for a full-time 6 month internship from this summer 2024
• Ideally have a first experience in a sales department
• You are very proactive, organized and responsible, you know how to work in total autonomy
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with clients and freelancers
• Fully fluent English is necessary to communicate with our English-speaking colleagues and our international clients

Responsibilities

• Convert as many opportunities as possible by helping clients with initial research and using the platform
• Address customers' requests with a ‘Sales mindset’, i.e. detect and seize opportunities to generate additional business with them
• Moderate and qualify clients by collecting relevant information (seriousness of the project, size of the structure, sector, needs, stakes... )
• Support your customer portfolio (sourcing, invoicing, payment…)
• Collect customer feedback and interpreting it to propose improvements to the platform
• Interact with other teams within Malt to solve problems and to offer clients the best possible experience
