Inside Sales Team Lead

Requirements

• At least 4 years of phone sales experience (inside sales rep or outbound sales)
• Experience with utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM to build dashboards and reports

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a dedicated US-based team
• Set ambitious goals and evaluate team performance
• Reach out to and qualify inbound leads via outbound calls, SMS, email, and other tools
• Achieve a personal sales goal (up to 30% of regular inside sales representatives' goals)
• Become a product expert and knowledgeable on all things Booksy
• Manage and own your own and your team's pipeline of providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience acting as a Team Lead and people manager
• Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies or in a similar environment; working with small business clients at a high volume
