Requirements
- Related College Diploma or combination of education and experience
- Direct work experience in IT Services/sales and emailing capacity
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, outreach control, account development, and time management
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Initiative-taking, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Elevated level of integrity and work ethic
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain the companyโs prospect database through thorough research and identification of new leads
- Qualify leads through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, identifying key decision-makers to initiate the sales process
- Inform and educate prospects on our services and product offerings, addressing any questions and providing expert suggestions to move the sales process forward
- Skillfully overcome objections and concerns raised by potential customers to secure their interest and trust
- Continuously follow up with prospects, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with the leadership team to craft strategic sales approaches, including the development of activity calendars to ensure consistent engagement with the prospect list
- Effectively communicate the companyโs brand identity, values, and corporate position in all interactions
- Strong customer focus with an ability to understand and address client needs
- Expertise in social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook for lead generation and outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to group objectives
- Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges
- Self-motivated and well-organized, capable of managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and strategies
