You will play a crucial role in expanding market presence and driving sales of our ARGO™ HT System and NULISA™ Platform. This position requires strong customer interaction, communication, and organizational skills, along with a scientific background. You will generate leads, communicate product benefits, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses proven inside sales experience in biotechnology or life sciences, a strong understanding of proteomics, and proficiency in CRM software. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Generate high quality leads for sales that generate incremental revenue growth
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Alamar's proprietary NULISA™ technology and ARGO™ HT System to potential customers in the West Coast region of the Unites States
  • Work effectively with regional sales representatives and marketing to lead disease focused sales campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and revenue
  • Follow up on marketing generated leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Answer technical questions about the Alamar proteomics platform
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Stay informed about competing products and services in the proteomics market

Strong understanding of proteomics and biomarker research

Benefits

Base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $80,000 + commission + equity + benefits
