Summary

The Installer Recruiter CSR role involves delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting and retaining technicians, and ensuring efficient operations. The position is initially a contract role that may transition to full-time upon the establishment of the Buenos Aires office. • Experience in recruitment software usage

• Track record of meeting recruitment targets
• Detail-oriented with precise record-keeping skills
• Adaptability to dynamic work environments
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Eligibility to work remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outgoing calls to potential candidates
• Document and maintain potential candidate profiles from initial contact through to successfully recruited candidates
• Recruit new installers to expand coverage in areas with high demand
• Maintain relationships with existing installers to ensure quality service
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to installations, payouts, and profile management
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Cultivate and maintain dynamic engagement with potential technicians and partner shops

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in both English (required) and Spanish would be highly desirable
