Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Management Systems
• 5+ years of Web Design, Multimedia Training Design, and/or Instructional Design experience
• 5+ years of facilitation experience
• 5+ years of experience in training delivery and instructional design of multimedia learning applications and classroom-based learning
• Should have experience as a Subject matter expert in Training and Adult Education Theory
• Must be an experienced analyst and highly skilled in communication and writing
• Highly skilled with PC skills: Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Access or other software/database skills, Sharepoint
• Highly skilled with eLearning and SCORM-compliant web-based development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, Synthesia, HTML, and audio-visual technology
• Experienced user of project management skills and tools to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Designs training programs
• Works with subject matter experts and identifies target audience's training needs
• Creates intellectually challenging and personally engaging learning experiences
• Assists with coordination and delivery of learning programs
• Facilitates, as needed, train-the-trainer sessions, pilot classes, and leadership training
• Selects appropriate training and performance support elements for a solution
• Selects and develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, learning and design templates, multimedia visual aids, storyboards, tutorials, knowledge articles, and reference works
• Effectively communicates project scope, status, and requirements to all stakeholders
• Manages the creation, delivery, and quality assurance of instructional effective content
• Researches and proposes new, innovative training modalities focused on the unique needs of adult learners
