• Analyzes and addresses inconsistencies between learning performance and available tools while facilitating transition to interactive programs
• Defines and documents learning objectives, conducts research, and collaborates with subject matter experts
• Creates instructional materials
• Designs content to optimize learning
• Redesigns content to ensure it matches the learner's needs
• Creates visual, audio, and interactive learning tools
