Summary

The job involves helping to get FCA authorization for an insureTech platform in the UK, coordinating processes, providing insights about the insurance industry, setting up a distribution framework, maintaining relationships with FCA, processing applications, ensuring accurate policy documentation, and achieving sales targets. The role is remote and flexible on hours worked.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working at Insurance Brokerage
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate the process to get FCA Authorised
• Provide insights and understanding of the insurance industry
• Set up distribution framework for our brokerage
• Maintain relationship with FCA
• Process applications and ensure accurate policy documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and product offerings
• Achieve sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant industry qualifications (CeMAP, DipFA, or equivalent)
