Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies, preferably in media
  • Being comfortable with building brands through campaigns that drive both awareness and demand
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for audience engagement

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Growth teams to conduct comprehensive market research to understand audience behavior, preferences, and trends
  • Analyze data to identify new audience segments and opportunities for growth
  • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and editorial direction
  • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals and drives audience growth
  • Collaborate with Creative and Media Buying teams to create cross-channel marketing plans, including paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Develop a PR strategy in partnership with the Partnerships and Creator teams to amplify our reach
  • Design and execute β€œalways-on” distribution strategies across web, email, and social media channels to ensure continuous audience engagement
  • Plan and manage tentpole campaigns that create key moments throughout the year
  • Partner with the Content & Clips team to develop all brand and promotional assets including a viz ID, social media posts, digital ads, email copy, and event signage
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
  • Track and measure the performance of all marketing efforts against established KPIs
  • Analyze campaign data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular feedback to editorial and channel teams to optimize content and distribution efforts
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Media, Partnerships, and Editorial, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all audience development initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments
