Integration Analyst

Summary

Join our team as an Integrations Analyst and play a key role in establishing data review with partner practices to drive population health insights. Collaborate with integration managers and stakeholders to manage numerous projects involving EHR and HIE vendor interfaces. You will interact with various customers, including market leads and EHR vendors, to execute projects and refine scalable processes. We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely within the US or from our Bethesda, MD office. The role involves executing integration project milestones, sub-tasks, and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience working in the integration field or as a business analyst
• Demonstrate basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA (understand what they are used for and transmission method)
• Demonstrate basic analytical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills (professional verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise), active listening, patience, positive language usage, handle complaints professionally, empathy)
• Demonstrate characteristics of a team player
• Demonstrate ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt to a change that lead to positive self-improvements
• Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Execute milestones that are part of integration project’s lifecycle, such as (but not limited to): Creating new project tickets in JIRA, reconcile invoices, and analyze reports
• Execute sub-tasks of projects while receiving supervision from a senior member of the team

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrate ability in navigating AWS S3 folders
