Summary
Join Experian Health as an Integration Engineer and contribute to the future of U.S. healthcare. You will support the development and implementation of healthcare revenue cycle management software, applying your business and technical expertise. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, building client relationships, and providing strategic vision. You will work with various technologies and data formats, including HL7 and X12. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Requirements
- 5 years' experience as a business analyst, implementation, integration, or client/payer-side (payer or hospital/health system) experience in healthcare revenue cycle management software and technology
- HL7 and X12 message/file formats, interfaces, and XML
- Raw data sets, API, XML, X12 (270, 271, 278) and HL7 (ADT, SIU, ORM)
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or another related field
Responsibilities
- Resolve and direct issues arising out of multiple avenues and channels; including but not limited to, the connectivity, design, performance, requirements gathering, implementation, build work, data validation and support processes and interventions
- Establish, build and strengthen internal and external relationships, serving as the primary technical client contact for technical issues on sales accounts and providing client support and coordinating technical services
- Rely on product knowledge, technical expertise, and business knowledge in revenue cycle management processes to provide appropriate strategic visions for decision-making, triaging and escalations process
