Join Supermetrics as a Talent Acquisition Partner to contribute to our growing team and help us find and hire highly skilled individuals. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and the People Ops team. This role involves managing talent acquisition projects, shaping recruitment best practices, and scaling the team. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Helsinki, Dublin, Amsterdam, or remotely in the UK. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in technical/engineering hiring, and experience working in an international tech environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Previous experience in technical/engineering hiring
- Proficient at managing numerous roles simultaneously through reliable organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in an international environment in tech or high-growth companies
- An optimistic and results-driven approach to challenges
- Experience working with Greenhouse
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles, with an emphasis on engineering and technical hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the broader People Ops and TA teams to deliver high-quality recruitment experiences
- Manage and contribute to talent acquisition projects that enhance our processes, systems, and employer brand
- Play a key role in shaping our recruitment best practices while scaling the team with skilled professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create sourcing strategies, and guide them through the hiring journey
- Conduct kick-off meetings, coordinate and conduct interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support offer and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Contribute to team OKRs and participate in ongoing TA development initiatives
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
