Summary
Join Omnidian Australia and Solar Service Guys as their Integration Manager to unify these two organizations. Lead the integration of different tools, systems, processes, and cultures across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and coordination. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with departmental leaders. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Requirements
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to unstructured problems
- Strong judgment and calm decision-making, especially under time pressure or conflicting priorities
- Able to balance short-term problem solving with long-term system design
- Skilled at working across functions without direct authority, aligning stakeholders through clarity and trust
- Diplomatic and empathetic — able to surface tension points and guide teams toward resolution
- Brings people on the journey while keeping delivery on track
- Clear, concise communicator across written and verbal formats
- Capable of synthesising complex issues for exec-level updates or frontline team clarity
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, workshops, and updates across mixed teams
- Highly organised, able to track multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously
- Prioritises well and adapts quickly when things change
- Builds repeatable processes and templates that others can use and trust
- Technically literate — able to understand how tools, workflows, and data connect across the business
- Comfortable supporting teams through system transitions (e.g. platform migrations, process redesign)
- Experienced with project/task management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Notion, Airtable) and communication platforms (e.g. Slack, Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in business environments undergoing rapid change
- Prior management of a similar business integration
- Experience in process and technology transformation
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of integration activities across all functions, working closely with the COO, HR Manager, and departmental leads
- Conduct a baseline integration assessment to identify major risks, overlaps, and opportunities across systems, teams, and processes
- Develop a prioritised, company-wide integration roadmap that aligns systems, workflows, policies, and team structures
- Define key milestones, owners, and timelines across all integration workstreams and functional areas
- Facilitate regular cross-functional check-ins to monitor progress, unblock issues, and escalate where needed
- Maintain a clear integration dashboard and comms rhythm — ensuring everyone knows what’s happening, why it matters, and what’s next
- Map and compare 5–10 core operational processes across both legacy teams (e.g. service ticketing, job dispatch, reporting)
- Coordinate a structured evaluation process for key system decisions, ensuring cross-functional input and alignment with business needs
- Support the migration process by tracking dependencies, timelines, and readiness across impacted teams using project and task management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup and/or scaleup environment
- Background in residential solar and/or storage
