Join Blavity, Inc., a leading Black media company, as their Manager, Integrated Marketing! This full-time, fully remote position requires developing comprehensive RFP responses and sales collateral, leading strategy and ideation, and maintaining brand consistency with clients. You will collaborate closely with sales and content production teams, translating creative concepts into strategic proposals that deliver results and drive revenue. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in digital advertising and creative strategies within the media landscape, strong communication and analytical skills, and a passion for Black culture. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Media Client Services and Integrated Marketing and offers a competitive salary and bonus structure.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience at a media agency, creative agency, brand, and/or publisher, managing digital advertising/creative strategies
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, and/or comparable project management suite
- Understanding of the sales cycle, key accounts, products, and solutions that will generate revenue
- Strong communication skills and can partner with multiple departments across the organization
- Project management skills, problem solver and solution-oriented
- Ability to deliver a thoughtful, data-driven, and timely proposal to strategic and standard accounts by being a proactive go-getter who is able to think strategically and use industry data and information to craft a compelling story
- Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proven love for transforming unorganized/complex data into rigorously structured, insight-oriented solutions
- High-energy, company-first, positive attitude; must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats
- Naturally detail-oriented, with an obsessive need to document and communicate findings

Responsibilities
- Translate creative concepts into strategic proposals that will deliver KPI-oriented results for our clients and drive high-margin revenue for Blavity utilizing presentations that clearly communicate the idea in a visually compelling fashion
- Work closely with Sales, Client Service, Creative and other cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas that exemplify the Blavity, Inc. brands, incorporating flagship products and company initiatives to meet partner business objectives
- Manage all elements of the process including RFP analysis, scheduling and leading the brainstorming & ideation meetings, mock development, as well as developing the written concepts for the plans
- Develop a deep understanding of Blavityβs platform, products, and partners to support the sales staff in creating effective presentations and proposals
- Lead the development of strategic sales collateral
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop pricing for experimental, video, and custom products
- Maintain and update the Idea Bank with unused concepts
- Contribute to the development of organized efficient processes that streamline communications and tasks to deliver quick responses
- Support ongoing Integrated Marketing team needs and business development efforts (i.e. - Maintain key cross-functional team documents with current information, coordinating meetings internally with key stakeholders, etc)
- Maintain a vast understanding of the media industry trends and key competitors
- Close the feedback loop by collecting and sharing key learnings from the pre-sales to support product creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience developing engaging, on-brand campaigns across digital, social, and video
- Experience in both media planning and production

- The salary range for this role is 100-125k with bonus
