Summary
Join Acquia's Native Integrations Team as an Integrations Specialist! You will design, develop, and implement integrations and automation connecting technologies to Acquia's DAM solution. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining native integrations, documenting best practices, participating in solution design with stakeholders, and offering technical support. This role requires a background in information systems or equivalent experience, along with experience with integration platforms and RESTful APIs. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Acquia is a global leader in digital experience platforms, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- A background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders
- Technologically adept and quick to grasp new systems and concepts
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, always seeking continuous improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Help design, implement, and maintain Native Integrations to drive productivity and efficiencies for our customers
- Document best practices, enhance processes, and drive operational excellence
- Participate in discovery sessions and solution design with stakeholders to align with their business goals
- Offer technical support and share expertise with our CSM, AM and support teams as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workato or other integration platforms is ideal
- Knowledge of SQL in any RDBMS is a plus
- Good understanding of agile methodology and experience in product management tools such as Jira would be helpful
- Familiarity with process orchestration, workflow tools, Business Process Management, Robotic Process Automation, or other automation products
- Experience in implementing integration projects involving enterprise systems and SaaS
- Understanding of security best practices for integration and data handling
