Integrations Specialist I

Summary

Join GoCanvas as an Integrations Specialist I and be responsible for designing and developing workflows using our core product and other software (QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) to meet customer needs. Deliver projects on time, maintain project notes, and communicate effectively with the team. You will translate customer requirements into solutions, juggle priorities, and demonstrate strong communication and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, adaptable, and technically skilled. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Prior experience with scripting, APIs, web design, SQL, or BI tools

Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflows utilizing our core product as well as various outside software products (i.e. QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) to meet customer requirements
• Deliver projects within expected project timelines
• Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
• Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
