Join our team as an Integrations Specialist I and contribute to the development and support of our integration offerings. Transform customer requirements into comprehensive solutions that enhance the value our customers receive from our products. This role demands a problem-solver who is both a collaborative team player and an independent contributor. You will design and develop workflows using our core product and various external software (QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.). Deliver projects on time, maintain project notes, and communicate effectively with the team. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to translate customer needs into results are essential.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with scripting, APIs, web design, SQL, or BI tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop workflows utilizing our core product as well as various outside software products (i.e. QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) to meet customer requirements
  • Deliver projects within expected project timelines
  • Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
  • Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
