Requirements

• Educational background in Design
• 3+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Producers, Strategists, and Accounts teams to translate strategies into brilliant ideas and creative concepts that are aligned to the brief and business priorities of the client
• Translate concepts into fully built out systems of assets for multiple mediums and social platforms by incorporating contemporary design solutions
• Explain concepts internally for feedback and direction from Associate Creative Directors, Strategy and Accounts teams
• Present concepts to clients for feedback and approval in a compelling and confident way
• Oversee visual work consistently throughout a project to ensure it is cohesive and adheres to brand guidelines
• Attend and participate in briefings, team meetings and client presentations
• Undertake market research as required
