Compensation Manager

Summary

The Compensation Manager will design, implement, and administer compensation programs for 1Password, a password management company. This role requires at least 5 years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is remote within the US and Canada.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of compensation experience
• Strong advisory background
• Proven experience building compensation programs for a diverse workforce
• Experience utilizing compensation surveys / data analytics, quantitative analysis and modeling for plan/program design and implementation
• Experience with project management and change management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion handling confidential information
• Demonstrated track record of proactive problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment dealing with change and continuously shifting requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced scaling company
• Demonstrated expertise in using google sheets to analyze large data sets (i.e. intermediate level for formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an equity platform such as Shareworks
• Experience with international and executive compensation
