Intermediate System Analyst

Summary

Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting solution requirements; using LEAN techniques to develop business process design; configuring applications; supporting data conversion; developing and executing test plans; providing 24/7 support for critical systems; performing root cause analysis; coordinating issue resolution with vendors and teams; creating and maintaining systems documentation; writing ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports. Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst
• Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Experience with data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk)
• Knowledge of incident management and response tools (e.g., PagerDuty)
• Understanding of systems development, analysis, and design
• Basic knowledge of database design and uses
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactivity, initiative, excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective production support
• Perform systems configuration and testing
• Contribute to solution design
• Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements; support user story creation
• Use LEAN techniques to develop business process design
• Configure applications, including creating attributes, workflows, and UI changes
• Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data
• Develop and execute test plans, prepare test environments, and validate results
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems; resolve and escalate trouble tickets
• Perform root cause analysis and build expertise in system support
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, providing timely and thorough communication
• Create and maintain systems documentation; facilitate system training
• Write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports
