Summary

Join Solution Tree as an Events Intern and gain valuable experience in event management, collaborating with the team to plan and execute events across the US. You'll serve as Event Manager for 1-2 events, managing logistics, communication, and a team of on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Detailed logistical planning, including but not limited to food and beverage, audio visual, shipping, hotel and travel, speaker and agenda management
• Frequent communication with conference venues, various service providers, presenters, and attendees
• Long term management of several projects simultaneously
• Manage budget and reporting for assigned events
• Manage a team of on-site staff
