Intern Business System Analyst

Summary

The job is a 3-month paid IT Internship at Ryanair Labs Wroclaw for IT talents who want to spend their summer working with the company. The intern will work closely with business owners to identify and document requirements, analyze existing systems, and validate functionality of end products. They will also contribute to gathering requirements for request changes and play a key role in defining and shaping projects.

Requirements

• Student in a field of Computer Science or any IT background
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Strong Communicating and Influencing skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as on an individual level

Responsibilities

• Identify business and user requirements by working with a number of key Business and IT stakeholders, producing high-level business requirements and liaising with development team(s) to translate them to detailed functional or technical specifications
• Analyze the existing systems, perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Document requirements in the form of User Stories, functional and mapping documentation
• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the technical specifications
• Work closely with business owners in troubleshooting and resolving issues for a set of in scope application
