Join Cologix as a Corporate Development Intern and contribute to our strategic growth initiatives. This 12-week internship (20-40 hours/week) offers valuable experience in real estate, strategic planning, and financial analysis within the data center industry. You will support the team in strategic investments, market analysis, financial modeling, and various ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This internship is a great opportunity for a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Support the corporate development team with potential investment opportunities by conducting industry research, investment analyses, and due diligence
• Assist with market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
• Develop financial models and strategies that support in decision making
• Work on various ad-hoc projects related to support the team’s and executive’s initiatives
• Work with teams across finance, operations, sales and other departments to drive initiatives and projects forward
• Research and help implement strategies that improve operational efficiency
