Summary

Requirements

  • Possess excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Have background knowledge about biological science/medical science
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Have legal authorization to work in the U.S
  • Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Be pursuing a graduate degree (Masters, MD, or PhD degrees)

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members and groups within Research & Development
  • Focus on initiatives led by Global Clinical Operations to advance health equity and diversity in clinical trials
  • Contribute to study and site feasibility projects leveraging real-world data sets, focusing on identifying regions and sites and enrollment modeling to support clinical trial diversity goals
  • Support the development of program and study diversity plans for FDA Clinical Trial Diversity Plans
  • Participate in the planning and execution of community engagement and awareness programs in high-priority disease areas

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the healthcare experience of underrepresented and/or underserved communities in the US
