Intern - System Ops

Summary

The System Ops intern will work for 4 to 12 months at PrismHR, a SaaS company providing cloud-based payroll process software and professional services. The intern will assist in managing benefit plans, accurately record tasks, provide support, ensure timely updates, and more. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the benefit plans as per client requests
• Accurately record completed tasks in the designated tracker
• Provide support in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor
• Ensure consistent delivery timelines
• Offer timely updates on the case statuses
