Summary
Join GoDaddy's remote team in Romania as a Benefits Manager, supporting 1700+ employees across 20 countries. You will manage benefit renewals, maintain inventory and reporting, handle internal governance processes, and update employee resources. You will partner with brokers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful program administration and improve employee benefits. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in benefits, HR, Consulting, or the Insurance market with exposure to employee benefit programs
- Excellent customer service focus (employees, managers, and HR colleagues)
- Ability to identify and investigate opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities
- Renew insurance and medical plans, including data provision, company and plan information, enrollment, and employee communications
- Maintain the benefits inventory, cost modeler, and related management reporting
- Manage various internal governance processes such as contracting via the Ironclad tool, invoicing in Workday, data security, and privacy processes
- Update employee-facing benefits information in the Get Help tool
- Drive benefits employee experience in the region, including self-service process improvements, education, and resolving case escalations
- Provide ongoing support to local employees, managers, and HR teams to create a common understanding of our benefits
- Take on growing responsibilities, such as renewals and remarketing exercises in smaller countries and supporting larger ones
Preferred Qualifications
International experience with a U.S. parent company and/or working in more than one country
