Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing, PR, or a related field, contributing to effective internal communication strategies
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Forms, etc.)
- Ability to plan and organise projects while managing a range of stakeholders
- Proactive approach with the confidence to propose new ideas and practical solutions
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to adapt communication to evolving company needs
- Effective collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and quality
- Ability to analyse results and measure impact to improve the effectiveness of internal communication
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to help them communicate their projects and priorities effectively within the company, both on request and proactively
- Develop communication plans and adapt them continuously to the organisational context and the company's strategic objectives
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected to company activities
- Propose new tactics and segmentation to keep internal audiences engaged and interested
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Branding team or external providers to develop the necessary visual assets for internal communication or create/adapt existing visuals in Canva in line with the Brand Manual
- Measure and report monthly on the performance of all internal communication channels
- Keep up to date with industry trends and use them to strengthen the communication strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Canva (for visuals), MailChimp
- An interest in following trends in internal communication and employee engagement
