Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce trading
  • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and translating data into actions. Proficiency in Looker (or similar), Google Analytics, and Excel is essential
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and trading calendars for international markets
  • Own international campaign briefs and work closely with central HQ teams (Performance, CRM, Content) to deliver them
  • Own localization processes, including market-specific asset production across Paid Marketing, CRM, and SEO, ensuring assets are delivered on time and final user journeys and landing pages meet standards
  • Collaborate with local agency partners and internal stakeholders (Multi-brand, Influencer Marketing, PR) to ensure calendar alignment and to identify and deliver additional opportunities for growth
  • Support with channel reporting, incorporating commercial KPIs as well as additional insights on seasonality, product preferences, and content performance, to share with internal and external stakeholders to help optimize future performance
  • Understand financial targets and merchandising reporting and how these translate to inventory buying strategies
  • Drive inventory productivity by implementing targeted initiatives across different channels and the website, all through an international perspective
  • Collaborate with the central trading team to execute site merchandising strategies, including product categorization, filtering options, search functionality, and content all tailored to international market preferences
  • Support product launches and day-to-day site operations
  • Support localisation projects

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Shopify and Quantum Metric (or similar) is preferred

Benefits

  • Fully remote, with long term plans to open a London office. The ability to commute to central London four days a week will be required
