Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for International roles as well as managing a recruiting team
• 6+ years experience leading recruiting pods
• Experience giving direct feedback and helping to grow and empower a team
• Passionate about diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
• Comfortable with ownership and moving uncomfortably fast
• Provide an incredible candidate experience
• Data-focused, tracking pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations

• Act as the subject matter authority on all things International recruiting
• Identify passionate candidates
• Empower your team to find or build new sources of talent
• Set the pace for and drive your team to successfully juggle a variety of roles at once
• Manage team's work with regard to developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
• Emphasize diversity and inclusivity
• Empower your team to iterate on the candidate hiring process
• Cultivate senior relationships with individuals and groups
