Requirements

• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an international setting and Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures
• Fluency in English
