Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of India employment laws, HR compliance, and total rewards (APAC region and US HR knowledge is a plus)
- Experience working in a US-based global company, collaborating across multiple geographies and time zones
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with the global TA team to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future needs
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in India
- Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and internal hiring practices
- Serve as the local HR expert, providing advice on employment laws, total rewards, and compliance with India-specific regulations
- Partner with the global HR team to align regional benefits and compensation programs and provide feedback on local market
- Support the design and delivery of employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to the regional workforce
- Collaborate with global HR teams on company-wide initiatives
- Assist in the roll-out of global HR projects or programs in the region, ensuring they are adapted to meet local needs
- Participate in the development of global talent strategies to support business goals across regions
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with both local and global teams
- Proficiency in ATS systems such as Greenhouse
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
