Join KnowBe4 as an International Sales Development Representative and contribute to the success of the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. You will act as pre-sales support, reaching out to prospects, qualifying them, and passing interested prospects to the sales teams. Responsibilities include researching potential customers, educating prospects on product offerings, and qualifying leads. You will partner with marketing and sales to execute lead generation campaigns and track information in Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate possesses previous SDR experience, excellent communication skills, fluency in French, and strong organizational abilities. Requirements
- Previous SDR experience
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Fluent in French
- Good computer skills
- Friendly phone voice
- ���Pleasantly persistent” as it can take multiple tries to reach a prospect
- Ability to leave a message and sound interested
- Must be highly organized and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects and get them interested in a KnowBe4 product
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
- Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
- Follow up all IQL (Information qualified leads) by contacting them and getting them interested in a KnowBe4 demo and identify key contacts for the sales team to follow up
- Pass the leads to the Enterprise or SMB sales team depending on the size of the company
- Provide in depth information to the ENT and SMB reps to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Map global customer accounts identifying key contacts in each region
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.com
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus
