Summary

Join DARCARS Automotive Group as an Internet Representative to manage digital business prospects, guide inbound prospects through a needs analysis exercise, and ensure timely follow-up with exceptional customer service. This role requires computer savvy individuals with excellent communication skills who are able to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
• No experience necessary
• Computer savvy with a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Quick study, able to absorb substantive product and service information
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage digital business prospects, guide inbound prospects through a needs analysis exercise using the DARCARS Approach to Sales
• Answer customer questions and link them with an in-store sales manager for further support
• Convert inquiries to dealership visits, set appointments for test drive, and provide further selection/purchase support
• Adhere to customer communication scripts
• Ensure 100% of contact activity, by recording customer information in the CRM in real time
• Develop/maintain relationships with related store personnel
